The Practice
My practice is at home, which provides a relaxed informal setting.
This works well for both adults and families, as there are no stairs to negotiate and extra noise is never a problem!
Adults
Please contact me to book an appointment
or to discuss treatment options.

Babies and children
It is important that young people are completely at ease with me and their surroundings. Over the many years I've treated babies and children it has become clear that anything goes! So please feel free to bring favourite toys/devices/snacks, anything you feel may help with comfort and distraction.
I do have a treatment couch, however more often than not I'll treat a baby whilst they are feeding, or an older child whilst they are playing on the floor.
Neurodiversity
Neurodiversity is close to my heart, and I understand the challenges parents and children face. If you have any questions about how osteopathy may help, what will happen in an appointment, or how I can adjust the clinic environment, please do get in touch and I am more than happy to chat.

I also find that it can be helpful to take the case history over the phone before the treatment, to allow an open, confidential conversation, and to shorten the initial consultation time.
